All Adirondack Kitchen products are hand rubbed with an organic coconut oil and beeswax finish.
•Wash with warm soapy water.
(if it's too hot to touch, it's too hot for the board)
•Towel off excess water and allow to fully air-dry
•Never place in dishwasher
Never soak
After the first few washings, some boards will have raised wood fibers.
Lightly sand with 220 grit sandpaper (included), wipe clean, and re-apply any food-safe oil.
Newly crafted boards love oil!
